Suntory Global Spirits in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, seeks a Manager of FMB to drive profitable brand growth through flawless in-outlet execution across assigned accounts. You will translate brand priorities into initiatives that boost visibility, availability, consideration, and consumer pull.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years in spirits/RTD categories, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Competitive package with bonus and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 1-5 years' experience in the Spirits, Beer, RTD alcohol categories, with understanding of its route-to-market dynamics.
• Proven track record of success in prior employment or academic pursuits.
• Interest in fast-paced environments with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive brand and category growth by maximizing in-outlet execution quality and influencing shopper behavior at the point of purchase.
• Build distribution and execute activation standards across assigned accounts, including Displays, Cold Box, Shelving, and Facings.
• Translate brand priorities and plans into consistent in-market execution within financial parameters.
• Develop strong relationships with independent retailers, operators, and decision-makers to secure incremental opportunities and visibility.
• Partner with customers to execute consumer-facing programming that drives trial and demand for the portfolio.
