Job summary

Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer in the United States. We seek a motivated Sales Representative to grow an established spirits portfolio within the Off-Premise channel in the High Point area.

You will focus on building relationships, planning sales initiatives, and servicing accounts with a consultative approach. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a BS or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (rep or higher).
• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Grow an established spirits portfolio in the Off-Premise customer base.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives.
• Handle customer issues promptly and friendly.
• Understand products and promotional schedules.
• Deliver effective sales presentations.
• Achieve company objectives and grow the business.
• Identify and nurture new and undersold accounts.
• Use POS to enhance selling efforts.
