Job summary

Sazerac Company in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive volume and distribution for our brands across a diverse spirits portfolio. You will partner with on-premise accounts and distributors to grow market share and connect consumers with favorite brands.

The role requires at least 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol or CPG, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and mobility to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries required; recent graduates with sales internships encouraged.
• Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and promotional goals.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel within an assigned territory.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute growth solutions for assigned accounts to boost market share.
• Build brand presence and educate customers on products and promotions.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Monitor KPIs and sales objectives to ensure targets are met.
• Maintain mutual rapport with customers and key wholesalers to optimize distribution.
