Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a field sales professional to drive growth in a designated California territory. You’ll build and execute plans with grocery, liquor, and convenience accounts, coach distributors, and grow brand share across our spirits portfolio.

You’ll use data to identify opportunities, manage relationships with customers and wholesalers, and travel within the assigned region. The role requires a valid driver’s license and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG.
• Results-driven with proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics/tools to drive results.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key partner for off-premise locations to achieve volume and distribution goals.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Aim to achieve volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Implement strategic programs delivering distribution, merchandising, and promotional goals.
• Build rapport with customers and communicate effectively with wholesalers.
