Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer or distributor management.
• On-Premise and Off-Premise sales experience.
• Market development and sales analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft Solutions for Growth by boosting business for assigned accounts and growing market share.
• Brand building using trends to educate customers and drive sales.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Aim to hit volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Design and execute programs for distribution, merchandising, displays and promotional goals.
• Build mutually valuable rapport with customers by understanding needs.
• Serve as communication lead between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
