Job summary

Sazerac seeks a Market Development Representative to grow our diverse portfolio of spirits across assigned accounts, including restaurants, bars, and grocery/retail locations. Your daily schedule may vary by account, with early starts for chain accounts (6:00–7:00 a.m.) and flexible hours for independent accounts to accommodate events and promotions.

• 3+ years in customer or distributor management.
• On-Premise and Off-Premise sales experience
• Market development and sales analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Crafting Solutions for Growth: implement and manage innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts, ensuring Sazerac brands soar in market share.
• Brand Building: use consumer and category trends to educate customers and drive sales.
• Distribution: lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Volume Objectives: help achieve volume objectives for the core brands in our diverse portfolio.
• Strategic Programs: implement programs delivering on distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotional goals.
• Rapport Building: develop mutually valuable rapport with assigned customers by understanding their needs and requirements.
• Communication & Collaboration: be the communication lead between key customers, wholesalers, and our internal dream team.
• KPI Monitoring: track KPIs to ensure goals are met.
