Job summary

Enthuse Marketing, an education-led marketing agency, seeks a Channel Developer for On-Premise to drive commercial performance across a territory with a focus on spirits brands.

Reporting to the Field Performance Manager, this role uses brand programming, insights, and agency resources to grow market share while coordinating with distributors and customers within the designated market. Travel and evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the bev-alc industry.
• Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
• Bar/restaurant/hotel operator experience is a plus.
• Growing network of industry professionals in market.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
• Interest in spirits history/production and cocktail culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills are required.
• Ability to tailor communications for on-premise environments.
• Deep understanding of market and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence, share, and velocity in accounts using strategic engagement activities.
• Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
• Gain insight to consumer trends to inform customer engagement sessions.
• Identify merchandising opportunities by understanding portfolio priorities.
• Complete accurate and timely management of agency initiatives including budget and reporting.
• Manage performance data using agency-appointed platforms.
• Serve as liaison between portfolio, distributor, manager and customers.
