Champion Brands, Inc. is seeking a Bottled Spirits Category Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead the Bottled Spirits portfolio and drive sales initiatives.

You will establish targets, manage distribution, and collaborate with Sales Directors on incentives, training, and brand planning while ensuring optimal SKU performance and inventory alignment. The role requires 3 years of bottled sales experience, strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 3 years of bottled sales experience on and off premise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech/apps.

Responsibilities

• Establish sales targets and programming for Bottled Spirits portfolio.
• Manage on- and off-premise distribution goals and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors on MBOs and incentive programs for Bottled Spirits brands.
• Analyze depletion, distribution, programming and profitability data to identify opportunities.
