Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Category Developer to lead sales for the Denver metro area’s Diageo spirits portfolio. You will drive share and velocity through brand activations, in-market events, and collaboration with on-premise and retail teams to grow category performance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in sales, strong MS Office and presentation skills, and a valid driver’s license. Spirits/hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales or industry-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and teamwork with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing goals for assigned category and brands.
• Present new products and conduct monthly business reviews.
• Plan high-impact consumer activations in key accounts.
• Develop and deliver training modules for the sales team and partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across supplier accounts.
