Job summary

Constellation Brands in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a field sales leader to grow our Wine & Spirits portfolio in the Northern Florida market, partnering with distributor partners, market level accounts, and our marketing teams to drive depletion and distribution.

You will develop distributor plans, execute product launches, manage pricing and incentives, and train account teams while maintaining strong relationships with BU VP, Sales Directors, and KAMs; travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of related wine industry experience.
• Understanding of three-tier distribution system.
• Alcohol & Beverage industry highly preferred.
• Retail Experience.
• Experience in managing supplier/distributor business across an entire state.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Access and One Note.
• Proficient in category management software and syndicated data.

Responsibilities

• Grow Constellation Brands Wine and Spirits in the Northern Florida market with distributor partners, market level accounts, and field and retail marketing teams.
• Develop distributor business plans, provide market intelligence, and execute product launches and line extensions.
• Manage pricing, revenue, incentives, and trade support; deliver in-market performance analysis.
• Build strong relationships with BU VP, Sales Directors, and KAMs; educate distributor sales teams on brand priorities.
