Job summary

Enthuse is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute locally relevant brand activations across a designated territory, leveraging community connections and on-premise experience to build advocacy and drive consumer demand. This field-based role reports to the Field Activation Manager, works independently with disciplined execution, and provides feedback and insights to improve programming.

Must be within commuting distance of market and able to collaborate with agencies,

Qualifications

• Experience with on-premise activations and brand events
• Strong relationship-building with bars, trade and communities
• Ability to coordinate logistics, budgets, and staffing
• Excellent reporting and communication to field managers
• Knowledge of legal/compliance standards for activations

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements, and events.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, staffing, and on-site needs.
• Engage consumers and trade to generate awareness and demand.
• Build relationships with on-premise accounts, distributors, and agencies.
• Capture activation highlights and report results.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory.
• Complete required training and maintain POS materials.
