Job summary

Enthuse Marketing in Dallas is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute locally relevant brand activations across the designated territory for premium spirits. This field-based role leverages local relationships and on-premise know-how to build advocacy, drive trial, and increase brand visibility.

Reporting to the Field Activation Manager, you will manage logistics, coordinate with agency partners, and ensure compliant, high-quality execution while capturing insights for reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel.
• Must have valid driver’s license, registered and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements within assigned on-premise accounts.
• Deliver programming that meets objectives, activation standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate activation logistics with the Field Activation Manager and approved agency partners.
• Maintain high standards of execution and consumer experience.
• Capture activation highlights and report results for agency and client.
