Job summary

Enthuse-Marketing is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute locally relevant activations for a premium spirits portfolio within the Philadelphia market. This field-based role leverages local relationships, on-premise experience, and social influence to build brand advocacy and drive demand.

The role reports to the Field Activation Manager and requires independent field work with strong reporting to agency leadership and client partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Demonstrated strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel throughout the market.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements, and promotional events within assigned on-premise accounts.
• Deliver programming according to objectives, activation standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Build bartender and trade engagement through credible, relevant, and educational brand experiences.
• Use local knowledge to ensure activations are culturally and contextually relevant.
• Observe and report consumer behaviors, trade feedback, and market trends.
