• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop genuine, long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for engaging account decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role.
• Strong organizational/time-management skills to plan and prioritize visits.
• Desire to grow brands, develop new business, and expand market presence.
• Experience in beverage distribution, spirits, hospitality, or related sales support is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at on-premise and off-premise accounts in Cincinnati.
• Introduce BDI and assigned spirits brands to prospective accounts and identify distribution opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts by exploring placements, displays, and promotional opportunities.
• Conduct regular account visits to maintain relationships and brand visibility.
• Present products and brand stories to account owners, managers, and buyers.
• Arrange tastings, promotions, brand activations, and special events to support growth.
