Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales territory management for medical devices.
• Experience in orthopedics and spine is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding territory goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Manage travel and entertainment expenses within budgets.
• Align sales priorities with management to drive timely endpoints.
• Coordinate training for local surgeons.
• Meet or exceed territory goals and quotas.
• Represent the company with integrity and comply with policies.
• Provide ongoing education to nurses and operating room staff.
• Collaborate with regional managers on strategy.
