Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
• MBA (Master of Business Administration) or advanced degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Exceed sales quota for key NPI products.
• Develop territory strategies to accelerate introduction, sales, and growth of NPI technologies.
• Influence Area Directors, Regional Managers and field sales individuals to drive focus on NPI technologies.
• Shape and lead field education strategies around Minimally Invasive & Complex Spine, Lateral, Neuromonitoring, Biologics/Digital.
• Influence digital technology adoption and develop regional plans to drive utilization of key NPI with digital solutions.
• Pivot strategy using sales data to achieve annual targets.
• Promote culture of positivity, accountability, and servant leadership within regional team.
• Lead Challenger Selling model in sales approach, training, and account conversion at regional level.
• Act as DE&I champion and promote inclusive practices.
