Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS).
• Masters degree is highly preferred.
• 7+ years in medical device, orthopaedics, or related field.
• Proven success leading cross-functional commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial strategy and operating plan for Sports Surgical innovation priorities.
• Coordinate with Area VPs, Regional Managers, distributors and partners for unified execution.
• Own launch readiness and execution for new products and strategic programs.
• Guide account strategies and ensure disciplined adoption and portfolio pull-through.
• Set priorities using market intel, customer insights, and financials.
• Develop field strategies for education and society meetings; ensure post-event follow-through.
