Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Spine and Sports Education based in Raynham, MA. This role leads education programs for Spine and Sports customers, coordinating onboarding and visits while aligning with sales education and cross-functional partners.

You will deliver high-quality learning experiences, manage program delivery, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least four years of relevant professional experience.
• Two+ years in Medical Device Education, Sales, and/or Marketing preferred.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and design or delivering programs.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Ability to work on site in Raynham, MA and support live education courses.

Responsabilités

• Support execution of the North America education strategy for Spine & Sports Professional Education and Commercial Education.
• Lead and execute Customer Education Visit programs annually, including planning, coordination, on-site support and follow-up.
• Lead the Commercial Education Orientation program and deliver virtual onboarding sessions for new Field Sales hires.
• Serve as primary contact for field sales new hires to ensure a smooth, engaging experience.
• Liaise among internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver education programs.
• Gather learner insights to identify unmet needs and inform future education offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of Spine and Sports clinical, disease-state, and competitive products.
• Use technologies to engage stakeholders and tailor delivery methods per learning need.
• Provide admin and program support including communications and learner tracking.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with safety and education standards.
