Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative I, Spine to cover the Washington DC region. This field-based role requires residing within the territory and frequent travel to accounts, with remote work flexibility and a valid driver’s license.

You will be responsible for soliciting orders, maintaining and growing spine product sales, and coordinating with Spine Sales Representatives II to meet territory goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of experience
• OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience
• OR Bachelor’s Degree
• *Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences

Responsibilities

• Maintain, manage and track Consignments and Loaner inventory.
• Territory case coverage.
• Manage accounts in assigned territory.
• Aggressively solicit orders from present and prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed sales quota and total company market share in assigned territory.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs and conventions as directed.
