Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a District Sales Manager, Spine to lead the Baltimore/Annapolis area and surrounding territory. This remote, field-based role requires residency within the territory and entails travel to multiple accounts across PA, MD, DC, and Northern VA. A valid driver’s license is essential.

As part of the Neuroscience portfolio, you will drive district revenue goals, align with marketing objectives, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes through technically competent sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
• Utilize field visits and individual or group meetings and telephone contacts to advance accounts.
• Train and develop employees in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management.
• Coordinate sales effort.
• Communicate corporate, divisional, regional and district goals and activities.
• Direct and motivate personnel to achieve unit and revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing feedback/coaching and regularly schedule performance reviews.
• Implement corrective actions when necessary; assist employees with individual development plans (IDPs).
