Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant sales experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Spine sales experience and neuroscience product knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
• Utilize field visits and meetings to drive sales and account coverage.
• Train and develop employees in sales skills and product knowledge.
• Direct and motivate personnel to achieve unit and revenue goals.
• Coordinate sales efforts across product lines to maximize teamwork.
• Recruit and interview candidates to maintain a strong bench and diversity goals.
