Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative I, Spine for a remote position serving the Oakland region. You will solicit orders, manage territory accounts, and coordinate with Spine Sales Representatives II to cover accounts across the territory.

A valid driver’s license is essential, and travel within the region is required. Responsibilities include inventory management, case coverage, and selling outside the OR, with base salary around $60k USD and eligibility for a Sales Incentive Plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of relevant sales/medical experience; or
• Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; or
• Bachelor's Degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Solicit orders for Medtronic Spinal products in the assigned territory.
• Maintain territory accounts and manage consignments and loans.
• Prepare and submit call reports as required by management.
• Attend sales meetings and training programs as directed.
• Travel to multiple accounts within the territory; may work weekends/evenings as needed.
