Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative I, Spine to solicit orders and represent Medtronic Spinal products across the territory. This field-based role requires travel, driving to multiple accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in relevant sales or healthcare, with OR/Spine experience preferred. A valid driver’s license and ability to work in a remote, territory-based setting are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in sales or related field; OR Associate’s Degree with 2+ years; OR Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ortho, Spine or Operating Room experience preferred.
• Flexible work schedule; Able to travel within territory and occasionally beyond.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, manage and track consignments and loaner inventory.
• Territory case coverage and account management.
• Prepare and submit call reports to the District Sales Manager.
• Aggressively solicit orders from present and prospective customers.
• Identify selling opportunities and collaborate with Spine Reps to grow sales.
• Attend sales meetings, training, and conventions as directed.
