The role requires 6+ years in spine medical devices, 3+ years of clinical support for spine technologies, and strong program management

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in the Spine Medical Device industry.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience supporting Spine Enabling Technologies.
• Experience designing training programs and managing end-to-end learning initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of global education and training programs aligned with commercial and product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build training plans that support internal field sales learning needs.
• Accelerate sales readiness and application of spine anatomy, procedures, and portfolio components.
