Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Spine Medical Device Sales experience in OR environment preferred.
• Experience supporting training, education, product demonstrations, labs, or field-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for Core Portfolio and Enabling Technology training experiences across clinical and non-clinical settings.
• Support cross-functional partners in executing training plans and programs aligning with strategies.
• Facilitate didactic and hands-on training sessions.
• Build foundational understanding of spine anatomy, procedures, products, and selling skills.
• Track learner participation and maintain training documentation.
