Job summary

Stryker is seeking a dynamic Spine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative to promote medical device solutions and drive revenue in the assigned territory. You will train surgeons and clinical staff, demonstrate product value in OR and office settings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth.

As a field-based role with travel requirements, you will manage accounts, meet quotas, and provide exceptional customer support during surgical procedures, while leveraging CRM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Travel to assigned territory is required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical device solutions including Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through excellent service and partnerships.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate value.
• Educate surgeons and clinical staff on proper use and care of enabling technologies.
• Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM tools to develop growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams; provide on-call support as needed.
