Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate in the Dallas South TX territory to support DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics products. You will assist surgeons in procedures, ensure equipment availability, and develop relationships with hospitals and accounts in a fast-paced medical setting.

The role requires traveling to customer sites, operating room presence, and strong interpersonal skills to drive sales and service excellence across the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or medical certification required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Ability to travel and work in operating room environments.
• Active Military Duty transition is considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in retaining and penetrating existing customers; support product conversions in territory.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support surgeries by ensuring proper equipment availability and setup.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and PO creation/closure.
• Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with teams; prepare sales reports.
