Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics team is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Dallas South TX territory. You will provide clinical and customer support in hospitals, assisting surgeons in the operating room and ensuring the correct use of DePuy Synthes products.

The role focuses on building relationships, meeting sales objectives, and delivering clinical value to surgeons and healthcare systems. A strong background in sales and OR protocols is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + 2+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of related experience or
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment with travel and a US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in retaining and expanding penetration with existing customers.
• Help achieve sales goals and market share targets in the territory.
• Guide surgeons in the OR with clinical and product knowledge.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and managing equipment and billing.
