Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics team is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Dallas South TX territory, working closely with surgeons in operating rooms, ensuring the right equipment and products are available for procedures. You will assist in maintaining relationships with hospitals and doctors, while contributing to sales goals.

The role requires strong clinical/product knowledge, the ability to travel, and a customer-centric approach to drive service levels and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience with an Associate Degree or Medical Certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Military experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers, while supporting product conversions with new customers.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge; present and demonstrate products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment is available and optimizing trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide other technical assistance; handle customer requests and hospital billing; create/close purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare sales reports.
• Maintenance, tracking and deployment of equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials are presentable; ensure services meet high quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; differentiate DPS products with unique insights.
