Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Sales Associate for the Dallas South TX territory in the Orthopaedics segment. You will provide clinical and customer support in hospitals, maintain surgeon relationships and contribute to sales objectives.

You will assist the sales organization, guide surgeons in the OR, and ensure proper equipment availability and usage of DePuy Synthes products, while collaborating with teams across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional/related experience or military transition.
• Willingness to travel and work in hospital/operating room environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales team in retaining and expanding existing relationships and penetrate new accounts.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge to ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Attend surgeries to support customers and optimize equipment and trays; provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing; create/close purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams; prepare reports and documentation as required.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure materials are presentable and meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; differentiate DPS products with unique value propositions.
