Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Flagstaff, AZ/Northern Arizona territory. The role focuses on orthopedic surgical products, working in operating rooms, and coordinating logistics to ensure the right equipment is available for procedures.

Responsibilities include direct surgeon support, billing and PO management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive clinical and economic value for healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; professional experience may substitute.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience or recently transitioned from active military duty.

Responsabilités

• Independently guide surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support for orthopedic cases.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment is available and functioning to support DPS sales.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs, manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and equipment deployment.
