Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + 2+ years of professional experience
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. frequently

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room providing clinical and technical support for orthopedic cases.
• Attend surgeries as the sole company representative to ensure proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot physician needs; address requests; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and account teams; prepare sales reports.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets across territory.
• Ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and meet quality standards.
• Provide logistical support moving instruments and implants between hospitals and reps.
