Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Flagstaff, AZ/Northern Arizona territory. You will guide surgeons in the OR, provide technical and clinical support for DePuy Synthes orthopedic solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient care.

The role requires travel within the U.S. to support surgeries and ensure the right equipment is available and functioning, with a focus on delivering clinical and economic value to healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Relevant medical device/orthopedics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical support skills.

Responsabilités

• Independently guide surgeons in the OR by providing clinical and technical support.
• Advance DPS sales by serving as the sole Company representative at surgeries.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams to improve solutions.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and support.
• Ensure equipment availability and proper deployment across the region.
