Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in medtech, seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support Orthopaedics in the Flagstaff, AZ/Northern Arizona territory. You will work directly with surgeons in operating rooms, ensuring the right implants and instruments are available and performing with clinical excellence.

Travel frequently within the U.S. and overnight stays are required as needed; relocation to the assigned region is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification with 2+ years of professional experience or 4+ years of professional experience.
• Residence in or ability to relocate to a geographic region; valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the company during surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
