Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Hospital Operations Specialist – Spine to optimize inventory deployment and asset utilization across Spine procedures. The role partners with Field Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure proper instrumentation and implants are available to meet procedural demand and growth targets.

You will lead data-driven inventory strategies, support new product introductions, and drive efficient field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years in Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field Sales leadership to optimize inventory levels and support growth initiatives.
• Lead inventory optimization efforts including set balancing, trunk stock reduction, and PAR alignment.
• Drive asset redeployment initiatives including pullbacks, reallocation, and redistribution of inventory.
• Analyze inventory and financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Support new product introductions and field conversions with proper asset allocation.
• Execute system transactions in SAP or equivalent systems to support asset movement.
• Manage field support requests and resolve inventory-related issues impacting case coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Drive change management and adoption of inventory strategies.
