Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Spine Medical Device Sales experience within OR.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience with Spine Enabling Technologies in OR.
• Remote work eligible; near a major US airport.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on Core Portfolio and Enabling Technology training across clinical and non‑clinical settings.
• Coordinate learning plans with cross‑functional partners and ensure compliance.
• Facilitate didactic and hands‑on sessions aligned with approved strategies.
• Track learner participation and maintain training documentation.
• Support regional and international market training activities.
• Prepare training environments and learner readiness for sessions.
