Job summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, Field Education & Sales Enablement (Spine) – Core & Enabling Technologies, located in Raynham, MA, remote exceptions considered based on experience. This role leads education strategies and training programs to enhance product knowledge, clinical adoption, and customer engagement.

It supports the Spine Field Sales Organization, clinicians, and distributors on spine anatomy and portfolio components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related discipline).
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of global education and training programs aligned with commercial and product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute training plans supporting internal field sales learning and business objectives.
• Accelerate sales readiness by teaching spine anatomy, procedures, and portfolio components to internal teams and partners.
• Manage training records, competency assessments, and certification readiness for field members.
