Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes orthopedics division seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support hospitals in Scottsdale, AZ and surrounding territories.

You will provide in-OR clinical and logistical support, ensure equipment availability, coordinate with sales and clinical teams, and travel frequently to customer sites.

Candidates should have a healthcare degree, clinical experience, strong communication, and ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; clinical or technical background preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare sales or clinical support is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. frequently and work in hospital/OR environments.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide surgeons in the OR with clinical and technical support for orthopedic cases.
• Support DPS sales by ensuring equipment availability and proper setup.
• Handle hospital billing, purchase orders, and asset management with supervision.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic accounts teams to improve service.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and ensure high-quality standards.
