• Act as a liaison between patients, referring physicians, and outside agencies to coordinate appointments, admissions, or surgery.
• Coordinate anesthesia and pre-admission testing; ensure pre-anesthesia workups are completed.
• Enter appointment information in the online appointment system and coordinate transfers as needed.
