Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology.
• Licensed SLP in IL (IDFPR).
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• Continuing education related to stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history information and integrates input from patient, family, and other professionals to plan evaluation.
• Conducts speech-language assessments using appropriate procedures and instruments.
• Develops and implements an evidence-based plan of care with measurable goals.
• Interprets data to develop a treatment plan and provide recommendations.
