Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology or related field.
• Current license as Speech-Language Pathologist (IDFPR).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history information and integrates information from patients, family, caregivers, teachers, relevant others, and other professionals.
• Conducts assessment procedures for speech and language pathology and uses appropriate materials and instrumentation.
• Develops and implements a plan of care with measurable goals and coordinates with patients and caregivers.
• Interprets information to develop treatment plan and recommendations for intervention.
