Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services Inc in San Ramon, CA seeks a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K–12 students. You will join a collaborative, clinician-led team dedicated to helping students build communication skills and succeed in the classroom.

Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and CA SLP license (or eligibility) required; relocation and sign-on bonus offered along with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active CA SLP License (or eligibility).
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric/school-based populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed
