Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the East Bay, CA, to support K–12 students. The role involves evaluating speech and language, delivering therapy, and collaborating with school staff to develop IEP goals.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active CA SLP license (or eligibility). Experience with pediatric populations is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.

What You’ll Do:
