Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. seeks a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in the San Ramon area. You will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy (individual and group), and develop IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.

You will collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success and participate in IEP meetings while maintaining documentation. AAC/assistive tech support is included.

Qualifications

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with diverse communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.

What We’re Looking For:
