Job summary

Lakeview Post Acute Florissant Skilled Nursing, LLC is seeking a Staff Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents, communicate with families and physicians, and maintain documentation in medical records. You will develop individualized treatment plans and provide in-services for facility staff.

The role includes supervising CFY interns, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; state licensure in good standing.
• Masters or Doctorate preferred for advanced practice.
• Experience supervising CFY and students is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY Speech Clinical Fellows and students.
• Maintain compliant documentation in medical records; communicate with families and physicians.
