Job summary

The Evan Terrace SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Staff Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents, collaborate with families, physicians, and the care team, and maintain compliant documentation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed as a Speech Therapist in the state; continuing education required.
• Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve function.
• Supervise CFY/Speech Clinical Fellows and students in resident care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in medical records.
• Educate residents and families on goals, exercises, and safety.
