Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; advanced degree preferred.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with state credentials.
• Proficient in documentation and use of clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehab potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY and students, guiding clinical activities where applicable.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per regulations and policies.
