Job summary

PACS is seeking a Staff Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians and families. The role includes supervision of CFY interns and students, and ensuring accurate documentation per facility and payer requirements.

Experience with Post-Acute care settings is preferred. The position emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and ongoing staff training, with wage DOE and on-site responsibilities in Wenatchee, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State license as a Speech Therapist required.
• Proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve function.
• Supervise CFY–Speech Clinical Fellows and students as applicable.
• Communicate progress with physicians, families, and care teams.
• Complete compliant documentation per regulations and payer requirements.
