Job summary

Inglewood Healthcare Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate residents, develop care plans, and provide direct treatment within established guidelines. The role includes administering specialized tests and supporting swallow function, with strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Salary ranges from $104,000 to $124,800 annually for PRN/on-call coverage. A sign-on bonus is available. PTO and referral bonuses are provided as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology issued by the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
