Glendale Transitional Care Center is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a salary range of $104,000–$124,800 per year, PRN/on call. A sign-on bonus is available. Benefits include PTO and referral bonuses.

The role involves screening, evaluating and treating residents under an established plan of care, administering hearing and speech tests, supporting swallow techniques, safeguarding records, and completing required forms in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology issued by the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms
